How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and can take between 2 and 4 business days.
This is an estimated timeframe, and only the deadlines included in the shipping rates are binding.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. If you want to know more about shipping to other locations, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Home delivery
Remember that, if you wish, you can indicate a delivery address different from the billing address. This is very useful in cases where you want to give a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home, or if you will be away from your usual residence for a season. For home delivery, our transport provider will send an email indicating the day of delivery. On the same day the delivery is scheduled, our transport provider will send another notification reminding you of the expected delivery details.
What are the shipping costs for a purchase?
Shipping costs depend on the total amount of your purchase and the delivery time. In some cases, you won't have to pay anything!

My order has not arrived. What should I do?
To check the status of your order, click on the email sent to you by the transport agency, which will indicate the delivery status. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service at 941 17 73 00 or write to ventas@salvicalzados.com
Will I know in advance when my order will arrive at my home?
Our transport provider will send an email one day before the receipt of the order to inform you of the approximate time slot for delivery. If at that moment you know you won't be there to receive it, please contact them at the phone number they provide.
What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
Our transport provider will send an email one day before the receipt of the order to inform you of the approximate time slot for delivery. If at that moment you know you won't be there to receive it, please contact them at the phone number they provide. If for any reason you could not notify them and you are not there when they try to deliver the order, our transport provider will leave you an email indicating that they attempted to deliver the order and no one was there. On the next route, they will try to deliver the order again, and if they cannot deliver the order a second time, it will be left at a PUDO point, and you will have 7 days to collect it.
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, you can return or exchange your items free of charge as long as they have not been used, are in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Follow the instructions in the "Exchange and Return Policy" section.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
At Salvi Calzados, exchanges and returns are free.
Timeframe for exchanges and returns:
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided the product is in its original condition: unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Requirements for exchanges and returns:
- It is important that the products have not been used or damaged and remain in the same conditions in which they were delivered.
- The proof of purchase (order number or purchase confirmation email) must be presented.
Steps to follow:
1. Arrange collection by calling 941 177 300 or sending an email to: ventas@salvicalzados.com
2. If you want to exchange it for a different size, please indicate it inside the box.
3. If you want a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase within an estimated time of 10-15 days. Depending on the bank, there may be delays in the refund.
Certain items have special return conditions and will not be eligible for return.
